Lydia Lawlor

I’m Lydia, a certified Nutrition & Health Coach with a holistic and down to earth approach to health & long-term wellbeing. After years in the corporate world, I experienced firsthand the toll that stress, burnout and poor health habits can have on the body. That experience inspired me to explore a different path — one focused on rebuilding health from the ground up through nutrition, movement, rest and stress management.

Today, I help people reclaim their health and energy by creating realistic, sustainable changes that fit into everyday life. I believe true wellbeing isn’t about quick fixes or rigid rules, but about finding balance, building resilience and learning what your body truly needs. Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, struggling with fatigue or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, I’ll work with you to create a personalised plan that restores balance, supports long-term health and helps you feel your best.

I don’t believe in judgment, restriction or overwhelm — instead, I focus on education, empowerment and giving you the space to make changes at your own pace. Together, we’ll look at the whole picture and the habits that either lift you up or hold you back.

My approach is rooted in science but grounded in real life. I combine nutrition strategies with tools for stress and nervous system support to help restore energy, reduce stress and create a healthier relationship with food, your body and mind.

Today, as a mom to a lively 5-year-old daughter, I feel privileged to have the nutritional knowledge to give her the best start in life. My mission is to share that knowledge with others and to help you reclaim your health, restore your energy and find a way of living that feels good for you for the long term.
